We're going to be on television!

I promise to post new video but life at Sonrisas has been pretty hectic.  Along with the puppies, a dog show this weekend  (group four for GEorge),  we are now going to be filmed for the CMT channel's show " Pick a Puppy".  So this coming week is going to busy,  but I hope to be able to get updates tomorrow or Sunday morning.  Of course we have to clean the house and wash all the dogs and..... to get ready.

The whole gang is beginning to really come alive now.  Nature is so amazing and the difference from 3 weeks to four weeks is like a several months in a human baby.

So, I will do everything in my power to get new video up but please bare with me.  It will come.

Got this from Appa's owners today along with a beautiful pictorial of his life for the last six months.  I love getting things like this.  Isn't Appa a sweetheart!

Lusa Puppies six days old

Can't believe they will be one week tomorrow.  Jack and Barbara seem to be getting a bit too chunky.

Sonrisas Who Done It Litter

Four vigorous, healthy puppies.  Two males, two females.

Since this is the Who Done It Litter all the names are detectives:
Veronica Mars, Barbara Havers, Jack Reacher and Thomas Lynley

Nothing seemed to go according to the rule book with this litter.  We were packing up to leave to breed Lusa to another male and we had sneaky pete, also known as George, mess up our plans.  The ultrasound said two puppies and the x-ray said four, but I think there's one hiding back there.  I'll set the alarm for every two hours tonight anyway.  I have the flu so don't trust that I won't fall to sleep. I like to keep a very close eye on the pups until they are gaining regularly.
